It was a “special” variation on 7-layer dip:
Refried beans mixed with cumin and lemon pepper
Chopped lettuce
A layer of tomatillo sauce
sour cream
chopped onions
shredded cheddar cheese
black olives
jalapenos
black beans with chipotle tabasco sauce
chopped roasted green chile
chopped roma tomato
avocado with fruit-fresh and lemon juice
Now-don’t you just want to grab a chip and dig in?
