The Bees Knees

I love these patches and some other cool stuff from Leafcutter Designs. How about earrings that are a little bottle of seeds or satin ribbon with poetry on it: “The full moon slipped into a buttonhole in the clouds.”

“The Bees Knees” patch fabric

The card to the left says:

“The corbicula is a pocket on the hind leg of a bee into which pollen is collected. Sew these patches onto your pants that have ripped knees and your pants will be “the bee’s knees”! (Warning: Your knees might attract bees.)

This little bundle includes a cute explanatory card and enough soft wool fabric for at least two knee patches. The fabric is felted which keeps the edges from fraying and slipping through your stitches.
