Mung Bean Sprouts

This time of year I miss being able to step outside and pick greens so sprouts will have to do for another few months. This batch is just starting. Egg fu yung is my favorite way to eat them. I feel like I spend too much time picking the hulls out when I rinse them a couple times a day. But I like them much better without the hulls. Perhaps someone will share a time-saving tip on how to do that better?
