Horseradish

I have it growing in a tub sunk in the ground so it won’t invade. I kept these small root divisions to replant. Our harvest was enough to make one jar, ground up with vinegar. It kept a while in the fridge but we devoured it soon enough! I like being able to make extra-hot cocktail sauce for shrimp cocktail!
